Age Restriction
All products on this site are intended for adults of legal smoking age (21+ under federal law). By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement. An adult signature (21+) is required at delivery — no exceptions.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
• You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Rates

• We ship via UPS / FedEx / USPS Priority Mail.
• Cigars are exempt from the federal PACT Act's mailability ban, so we can ship via USPS in addition to private carriers.
• Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days within the continental US.

Delivery & Age Verification

• All shipments require an adult signature (21+) at delivery.
• If no one of legal age is available, the carrier will hold the package for pickup or reschedule delivery.
• We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, since an in-person adult signature is required.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship within the United States only.
• We do not ship to states, counties, or municipalities where mail-order delivery of tobacco products is restricted or prohibited. If your order falls into this category, we'll contact you to cancel and refund it.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

• We're not responsible for carrier delays once a package has shipped.
• If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours at [support email] with photos so we can file a claim and send a replacement.
