How should I store them?
Keep the box closed at 65–70% humidity and around 18–21°C, away from sunlight. The cedar box holds them well for a few weeks. For longer, move them to a humidor.
Who can buy?
You must be 21 or older. We verify age at checkout and an adult signature is required on delivery.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States. Some states restrict tobacco shipping, and checkout will tell you if your address can't be served.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship in 2–4 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $150.
How long does a Robusto take to smoke?
About 50 minutes at a relaxed pace. If you want something shorter, try the Corona (35 min). For a longer sit-down, the Toro Gordo runs around 75 minutes.
Box of 5 or box of 10?
The box of 5 is $160 and a good way to try the Robusto. The box of 10 is $279, which works out cheaper per cigar.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Add a gift note at checkout and we'll leave the invoice out of the box. The recipient must be 21+ and sign on delivery.
What if a cigar arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it. Contact us to start.
